Sales & Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each piece is a unique, handmade work of art and cannot be restocked or resold.
Shipping & Liability
We take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these shipping terms.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value orders. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it immediately with photographs and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
