Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Each piece is an original work of art and is prepared with great care to ensure it travels safely.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Economy depending on size and weight, with estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Liability
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value pieces. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact the carrier to file a claim.
